IMPORTANT: CLINIC RULES

COVID-19

In order to protect yourself, our staff and the general public we have set our some very important new clinic rules. Please read them all before you attend for your appointment. You will notice some changes in the clinic in terms of physical layout, facilities and your patient journey, but we will ensure you still have the same high standard of clinical care as always in a clean and friendly environment.

Clinic rules / conditions for attendance

1. If you have any symptoms that could be related to coronavirus (new persistent cough, fever, alteration of taste or smell), please DO NOT attend the clinic

2. If you have recently had a positive test or been in contact with anyone who has coronavirus symptoms or a positive test themselves then please DO NOT attend the clinic. You should take advice from the Scottish Government Test and Protect advisers before attending public places again

3. If you are self isolating, anyone you stay with is self isolating or you are a vulnerable patient and are SHIELDING please DO NOT attend the clinic

4 you will be screened for coronavirus symptoms prior to entry so please do not take offence to the questions asked

5. It is COMPULSORY that a face covering is worn on entering the clinic and for the duration of your appointment and treatment

6. 2m Social distancing must be adhered to. We have a large waiting room and the seating has been arranged to accommodate this

7. You should attend alone, please do not bring friends and family. The only exceptions are if you have an essential carer or service animal

8. The number of patients allowed in the waiting room will be severely restricted and therefore you may be asked to wait in your car or in a suitable safe area outside the clinic until another patient leaves. We apologise for this but this situation can be minimised by sticking to your appointment time where possible

Rather than arriving overly early

9. You must use hand sanitiser on entry to the clinic. This is provided at the hand sanitiser  station on the left as you enter the clinic (sign posted)

10. Please bear with us as appointment times have been increased to accommodate cleaning after each patient. This inevitably means we have less appointments overall and the demand at Bellissimo is high. We will get to you. We just need time

11. You will not be permitted to bring a friend or family member into the treatment room (unless an essential carer or service animal is required)
